Weaving process is made of weaving fabric by (sumit 42 pcs, pikanol 20 pcs) 62 pieces with yarn produced in the spinning.
In 2008, the factory was moved to Sinpyeong for the purpose of dyeing & finishing from Busan factory which was finishing weaved fabric to produce various men's suit, student and group's fabric including all wool fabrics, yarn(w/pe) fabrics, spandex fabric, etc that our customers need to supply a wide range of products are produced.
As in 2011 progressed by equipment object enabled to implement production system of 300,000 yards per month has been established.
Our polyester fabrics, made from 100% polyester filaments, boast the world’s highest level of quality stability.
This results from our technological acumen, ranging from yarn production to weaving and final finishing.
We export 3 million yards of these products monthly to the Middle East under the brand name “ACETEX”. They are used to weave and process traditional costumes in the region.
